The contractor shall provide services which include (but limited to) prolonged field-care medical training for Eighteen (18) Personnel. The training will include, operating in a resource-depleted environment, team-training, as well as training which includes managing multiple patients in a mentally and physically stressful environment.
The attached Statement of Objectives (SOO) addresses the prototype effort required to develop, procure, integrate and test the SPEARPOINTS Prototype Prolonged Field Care Training Facility at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. JPM MMS has the requirement to field up to 16 SPEARPOINT Prolonged Field Care Training Systems at CONUS and OCONUS sites.The government desires to expeditiously field the SPEARPOINTS prototype system.

The unique on-site academic training helps the medical staff maintain their competency and learn about new and developing areas of their field while working in the remote and urban areas on the reservation.
