The regulations concern changes to room and board regulations. The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on June 28th, and are effective on July 28th.

The regulations concern minimum wage exemptions for non-profit residential summer camp employees.
The regulations were adopted by the Commissioner of Revenue on November 25, 2020. The regulations have been reviewed and approved by the Department of Law. The regulations were filed by the Lieutenant Governor on November 25, 2020 and become effective December 25, 2020. The regulations will be published in Register 236, January 2021, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
