Currently there are 10 Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) fire suppression systems that serve as fire protection for each of these tank farms. The DoD has mandated that all legacy stocks of AFFF be disposed of and replaced with viable alternatives meeting updated Military Specifications.

The purpose of this amendment (0004) is to provide remaining responses to questions from industry. This amendment also serves to remove Attachment 7 and updates Attachment 11 with the government responses. Changes are highlighted in yellow. No additional changes apply to the solicitation.
