Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.603(a), the Contracting Officer is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation to provide hazardous waste removal and disposal services including servicing the solvent vat, removing, and disposing of used filters and oil-soaked material, and vacuuming and disposing of waste liquids for the Amarillo, TX, Cliffside Helium Plant.
