    Currently the media filters are clogged up with calcium deposits and other particles. This greatly reduces the air flow needed to efficiently cool the water. The shafts, bearings, air in-take louvers, drift eliminators, are original to the building built in 1994. They also need to be replaced as they are preventing sufficient air flow. They cannot be accessed without removing the media filters, louvers, and fan assemblies.
