The training shall provide an important foundation on which the professional team can build more systematic and robust assessment of project finance models that are provided by project sponsors to ensure DFC’s work is consistent with current analysis techniques. 

The City of San Antonio seeks proposals from firms interested in providing financial consulting services to support San Antonio Airport System projects to include but not limited to: PFC application preparation, assist with issuance of future GARB and PFC Bonds, Airline rates and charges/CIP forecasting model(s) preparation, Airline Lease and Use Agreement Negotiations, Airport Facility Usage Study, miscellaneous financial planning services including financial feasibility services for implementation of Master Plan CIP and Airport finance training seminars....

Public Bid Opening: At the place, date and time notated above, the Issuing Officer will open each sealed bid in the Finance Training Room located on the 4 th Floor of the Hall County Government Center. Bidders are not required to attend but may do so. All bid quotes will be read aloud at that time.
