Jose, CA, 95131 before  3:00 p.m. on February 15, 2022, Facilities and Fleet Department intends to establish a term contract with a contractor to provide Fire Life Safety System Repairs  throughout the county on an “as needed” basis. 

OCH is seeking qualified vendor(s) to provide Weekday Fire Life Safety Inspection Services.

The Project consists of: The fire life safety upgrades of McCarthy Hall and includes installing a fire sprinkler system to 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th floors in compliance with the requirements of code and State Fire Marshal. The riser for each floor is provided for connection.
