ZFD seeks to enter into a contract for professional services through a competitive RFP process to assist in effectively assessing its current and future needs related to new or modified fire stations through a Fire Station Feasibility and Facilities Study, locating ideal fire station locations, and asset deployment to meet standards for response time within the fire protection district.
The City of Pueblo is seeking well-qualified and experienced construction materials testing and special inspection services for the construction of three (3) new fire stations. The three (3) fire stations are approximately 14,000 square feet each, incorporate Net-Zero Energy principals, and are relatively similar in design. Each fire station incorporates similar floor plan and building structure.
