Architectural Services 895 Eastern Ave Project Description :The City of Toronto intends to redevelop the Toronto Fire Academy located at 895 Eastern Avenue. To plan for this the project a Needs Assessment is required. It is anticipated that the new facility will be larger than the current one due to the need for enlarged training prop facilities. An active fire station and Paramedics classroom training facility may be included in the assessment.

The City wants to update, restore and allow for class A and class B live fire training at the Fire Department training facility at Hyde Park, establish classroom space for simulated incident command training and provide a control center for the drill tower, provide for additional outdoor classroom space with appropriate social distancing, and larger class size to continue to support the Fire Department and assisting agencies.
