The proposed procurement will be a 7-year Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Cost type contract, spanning between Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 and FY 2029. The proposed contract will include approximately 490,000 man-hours of engineering design development and technical support.
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to award a competitive Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract for shipboard alterations for and installation services for NAVAIR Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) Aviation Data Management and Control System (ADMACS) on board CVN-73.

Fees Pool Management Company shall submit a proposed fixed fee for the services to be provided for the upcoming 2023 pool season. Upon execution of a contract for services, the fixed fee shall be billed on a monthly basis during the contract term. Addendums to contract terms and adjustments to these fees shall be submitted to LCG no later than January 1st prior to the pool season commencement.
