Washington County Land Use and Transportation Operations/Maintenance Division is requesting bids for Traffic Control Flagging Services. All Flagging Services will be within Washington County, OR for work being performed by the Washington County maintenance crews. The County has budgeted $350,000.00 for the next three years for these services. The County intends to issue primary and secondary contracts to qualified candidates.
