Provide tapered insulation where required to provide minimum 1⁄4 -inch per foot slope to roof drains.5. Replace all screws in roof drain assemblies.6. Provide new/adjust existing roof curbs as required for all existing roof mounted equipment.7. Overview: This project will consist of the removal and replacement of existing roof at the Coralville Maintenance Garage as per the attached drawings and specifications. Work will include adding insulation flashing and gutters. Additional work will include the replacing cap flashing screws on adjacent roof as per the the attached plans and specifications.
