Flood Protection – Barriers Project Description :The objective of the current project is to construct flood barriers at the E.L. Smith Water Treatment Plant and Rossdale Water Treatment Plant. The EL Smith WTP is located at 3900 EL Smith Road NW in Edmonton Alberta. The Rossdale WTP is located at 9469 Rossdale Road NW in Edmonton Alberta. The Project will be delivered using the methodology of Construction Management At Risk (CMAR).
