The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Office of Boat Forces (CG-731) hereby submits a notice to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to obtain flood response training in an urban environment. The course objective is to prepare students to utilize response platforms and specialized equipment in the flooded urban environment, flooded waterways and bays, enclosed ports, and any other flood effected area.
It is anticipated that the initial Emergency Flood Response Plan will become a dynamic document that will require periodic updating as the Emergency Flood Response work proceeds.
