The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials (including paint), transportation, supervision, and disposal necessary to complete the paint and floor maintenance in the below listed units:SCOPE OF WORK: Work consists of preparing and painting, surfaces (i.e., walls, ceilings, doors, closets, kitchen, trim, and molding, on interior surfaces of the housing units, bulkhead/cellar ways, bulkhead/cellar steps, basement walls and basement floors.
