Project – Albermarle Building – First Floor Upfit Bids Due – 1/11/2023 by 5pm Project Description – Upfit of an existing space of roughly 1,100 square feet on the first floor of the Albermarle Building. Three bids were not received on March 22, 2023. Should fewer than the required three bids be offered for formal projects advertised as N.C.G.S. 143-129 requires, the project may be re-advertised.
