W3380-23FD03 Rubber Tile Flooring Project Description :PWGSC, on behalf of the National Defence of Canada, is issuing this request for proposal for the acquisition of rubber floor covering including delivery and installation located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada, as detailed in Annex A.
Additionally, this requirement requires the contractor to properly remove existing flooring and install approximately 112 square yards of resilient sheet flooring (in Room 324, Room 325, Room 210, and Room 202) using the direct glue down method of installation and to include welded seams and approximately 75 linear feet of 4” rubber cove base.
