Notice of Intent to establish five (5) pre-priced Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA’s) for Commercial Lodging with the Randolph Inn, Best Western Hotel, Hampton Inn & Suites, Fairfield Inn, and Hilton Garden Inn for lodging of Reserve Personnel assigned to the 340th Flying Training Group (FTG) and the 39th Flying Training Squadron (FTS), JBSA-Randolph, TX. We will be following the procedures of FAR Subpart 13.303.

Purpose:The government is conducting preliminary Market Research fact-finding to determine:The extent to which industry is capable of conducting operations associated with F-35 flying training as defined by this RFI (flying operations, simulator training, academics, aircraft maintenance, etc.).

The 340th FTG and 49th FTS have a requirement to establish BPAs on and off base Contract Lodging for use by Air Force Reserve personnel authorized lodging at unit expense during Inactive Duty Training (IDT) periods. IDT periods include Unit Training Assemblies (UTAs), Rescheduled UTAs (RUTAs), Mandatory UTAs (MUTAs), Additional flying training periods (AFTPs), and Ground Training Periods (GTPs).
