Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain proposals from interested firms specializing in food service operations to provide concession food services at the Parks, Recreation, and Community Services (PRCS) parks set forth in Section 4.7 Location(s)/Site(s) Information.

The Work shall generally include the operation of two kitchens located at Arch and Summit with the purchase, preparation, sales, marketing and service of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and other related food items for SCC catered and non-catered events utilizing SCC event spaces. The Work will include the operation of permanent concessions stands, portable food service outlets and a retail outlet located at Summit at 1017 Olive Way.

The catering services can be Bakery Delicacies (Donuts, Danish, Bagels and Muffins w/condiments), Platters and Trays, Boxed Lunches, Deli sandwiches, Pizzas, Desserts, Food Trucks and Beverages. Each individual school/department will place orders with an approved Purchase Order or credit card. This RFP is for any food catering restaurants and/or food trucks.

The Concessioner will operate the nine-hole golf course, including golf cart and golf equipment rentals, a pro shop selling golfing equipment and merchandise, and a fast casual food & beverage café, including alcoholic beverage sales.
