Sealed bids are requested by the Town of Plymouth for a food inspector to conduct onsite inspections of food establishmentsto ensure compliance with applicable State, Federal, and local laws and regulations. In accordance with Virginia State guidelines, there are only two authorized vendors per Worldwide Directory of Sanitarily Approved Food Establishments for Armed Forces Procurement list using IRC code 1130, which is approved for Ice Orders. Holiday Ice is on the approved list and can fulfill the requirement. This acquisition will be procured using FAR Part 6.302-5(a)(2)(i).
