The Indian Health Service (IHS), Chinle Service Unit, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract with DFM Holdco Inc. dba DFM Dietary Food Management (UEI QJLFZMH7N7G4). The requested software services is only available from DFM Holdco Inc due to exclusive proprietary rights to the software. The period of performance is a base plus four one-year options.
