Scope of Services/Specifications Vendor shall provide food inspectors that are qualified in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health requirements to conduct interim routine food inspections and re-inspections in compliance with the 105CMR590.00, the 2013 Federal Food Code and all applicable local regulations and ordinances, using a risk-based HACCP approach.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS An Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in food and nutrition, food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, business, or a related field OR an Associate's Degree in any academic major and at least three (3) years in management of USDA School Nutrition programs; Connecticut Certified Food Inspector Certificate, or be eligible to obtain the certification
