The purpose of this procurement is to secure travel services for the VSU Football Team and Band during the 2020 football season. This bid will only cover bus services. Specifications of requirements and working conditions are located in the ES_RFQ_55100_548_Travel Services_Attachment A_Specifications documents.
These events may include travel for TSU Athletics, Travel transport the band, drill teams, equipment, et al, and shuttle transportation to and from PNC Stadium for our home football games. There may be times additional charters are needed.
