Forcepoint software is the only Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solution that supports FDMP protocol and USMTF 2004 standard and there is no other COTS software that performs this function and would satisfy the requirement. Forcepoint Federal LLC is the OEM of Forcepoint Guard Software that is being run on IBM servers, and is considered a value added maintenance provider for the maintenance of the hardware.
