The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the data, expertise, capabilities, and experience to advise multiple FMS countries on their Aircraft Engine Test Cell requirements, manufacture the Test Cell, install that Test Cell in FMS location, and provide ongoing maintenance services to sustain FMS aircraft engine test equipment. Test Cell includes an Engine Test Stand and a Hush House. Request that intrested contractors complete attached questionaire and submitt to Governement.
