A non-competitive time and cost extension of the activity will maintain service continuity, enable USAID Burundi to continue advancing a key U.S. foreign policy objective, and support the Government of Burundi’s (GOB) efforts to achieve the 95-95-95 target. The CO has approved the Justification and Approval for the time and cost extension.
