Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller, 2 North Main Street, Suite 111, Greensburg, PA 15601, until 2:00 P.M. on March 5, 2024 for RFP-FORENSIC COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAM SERVICES. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. that day in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room #101. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
The purpose of this letter is to amend the RFP, task orders 001-012 and, Attachment B. The Government was made aware that there were some questions submitted July 7 and 8th that were missed. These amendments were prompted from the missed questions and answers. The RFP states that questions after the due date will not be given a response. The amendments should provide answers and clarifications to the questions that were submitted on solicitation number: 15F06720R0000196. There are wage determination documents due to clauses being placed back into the amended Version 3 RFP.
