Scope: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supplies to perform headstone setting and full grounds and facility maintenance services at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, Cabrillo Memorial Drive, San Diego CA, 92122. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached statement of work.

The work will be performed at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, Cabrillo Drive, San Diego, CA. 92106 There will be an Official Site Visit established in the solicitation, no other visits to site will be accepted. Contract period of performance will consist of Ninety (90) calendar days, after issuance of Official Notice to Proceed (NTP). The construction magnitude for this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000.
