The main service line was videoed and the exposed ductile iron pipe was inspected. It was found the main sewerage pipe was severely cracked along with several feet of the ductile iron collector pipes located in the crawl space. This piping has created this issue as recently as last August. The maintenance personnel do not have the expertise to do this work.
