All ranges must be able to accommodate all handgun calibers including no lead frangible ammunition for steel targets. All ranges must accommodate all types of shotgun and rifle ammunition. Range shall accommodate the full Surface Danger Zone (SDZ), Vertical Danger Zone (VDZ), and ricochet danger for all types of ammunition being used. Weapons cleaning area will be covered or enclosed.

Range must accommodate the full Surface Danger Zone (SDZ), Vertical Danger Zone (VDZ) and ricochet danger for the types of ammunition being used. Range will allow for GDHP/JHP, FMJ, Frangible ammunition for all handgun calibers as well as Shotgun Slugs and Buckshot and long gun green-tip ammunition. Range must possess a minimum of 8 firing positions with ability to shoot from a minimum of 1.5 yards up to 50 yards.

The range must have a fully concreted surface with distinct shooting positions for the 1.5, 3, 7, 15 and 25-yard lines.The range must be able to accommodate low light/night fire drills on all days scheduled.The range must possess target carriers to hold the targets or remote controlled turning targets compatible to fit various target sizes.The range must be able to accommodate all handgun calibers to include frangible ammunition for steel targets.The
