RFI: Government is conducting market research as part of a proposed procurment for fresh milk and fresh dairy proucts for military customers in Oklahoma and Arkansas.
This sealed bid is designed to select the distributor to furnish and deliver fresh milk and other dairy products, freight included, (F.O.B.) Northern Illinois University in accordance with referenced specifications for the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024. There is a 20 percent BEP goal for this procurement.
