The requirement is for the installation of bulk fuel storage tanks at all U.S Embassy Pretoria residences.  All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.  The solicitation will be issued via sam.gov 

The intent of this synopsis is to identify potential sources that are capable of performing construction of two 4 ML (25,000 BBL ea) Cut’N’Cover bulk fuel storage tanks, two pump houses, a liquid fuel truck stand, fuel stand unloading, and filter building as well as all utilities, automatic tank gauging systems, site improvements, pavements, communications infrastructure, backup generator and other related work to provide complete and usable facilities

The draft P&S is for the construction (design-bid-build) of two four (4) ML (25,000 BBL ea) Cut’N’Cover bulk fuel tanks; support infrastructure that includes two pump houses, a liquid fuel truck fill stand, fuel stand unloading, and filter building; and all utilities, automatic tank gauging systems, site improvements, pavements, communications infrastructure, backup generator and other work necessary to provide a complete and usable facility.
