Bulk Fuel Haul Project Description :Wildfire Service requires delivery and storage of bulk aviation fuel and other products to various locations throughout Manitoba
Bulk Fuel Haul Support: One (1) Bulk Fuel Hauler will be required to transport 500-1000 gallons of JP-8 Fuel daily from the on post fuel point to various locations throughout Fort Hunter-Liggett, CA (~05-20 January 2018). All equipment must be capable of operating on gravel and packed dirt roads and training sites as well as being able to transcend several hilltops with up to a 30 degree slope.
Unit price specified on the bid schedule will include delivery, setup, teardown, haul away, fuel surcharges, and all other charges. The provision of goods and services under this Bid include, but is not limited to, providing all related labor, installation, materials, supervision, equipment, consumables, shop supplies, environmental fees, insurance, shipping/delivery, setup, teardown, haul away, fuel surcharges, incidentals, service call charges and related items necessary to complete the provision of goods and/or services in accordance with the specifications contained herein
Duration: March 1, 2023 to March 1 , 2025 Hauling Bid: Haul rate per load including fuel surcharge. Disposal Bid: Any all fees including but not limited to inspection fees, County, State, Federal and EPA fees. Disposal fees at the landfill are to be stated and part of bid. Shall be quoted per ton. And a separate hauling fee must be submitted. Award will be based on total cost to the city. Liner Bid: One (1) liner per box.
