RFP SPE603-23-R-0502 is for Contractor-Owned, Contractor-Operated (COCO) Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (FSII) storage services in the East Coast (Maryland, New Jersey or Virginia), Southeast (North Carolina, South Carolina or Georgia), California (LA Basin) and California (San Francisco Bay). The Government anticipates awarding multiple contracts, one for each of the four (4) defined areas of consideration.

The NAICS code for this requirement is 333996 and the PSC code is 4320.TO 00-25-172, dated 12 July 2023, authorizes the Hammonds HT-800-1L and 4T-4A Injectors (and associated carts) for adding Fuel System Icing Inhibitors (FSII) and other fuel additives to aircraft during routine fueling operations.
