The City of Southfield is soliciting bids from qualified companies to upgrade the current fuel tank monitoring system.  The successful company will be required to sign a contract and provide insurance acceptable to the City. 

This will be awarded as a best value trade-off.This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services:Services for fuel tank monitoring system replacement.PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. of eight (8) fuel storage tanks, piping, dispensing facilities, monitoring equipment, alarms, and ancillary equipment.
