This is a justification for Other Than Full and Open Competiton for Task Order 16PBGC22T0003 under IDIQ PBGC01-D-17-0009 awarded on July 21, 2017 as an 8(a) contract. The Small Business Administration (SBA) was notified for specific quantities of items and work in accordance with FAR Subsection 19.804-2. Subsequently, the SBA accepted the requirement for the 8(a) program as provided at FAR Subsection 19.804-3.

This acquisition is for the production and delivery of the Depleted Uranium Penetrators a critical component in the 120mm Armor Piercing, Fin Stabilized, Discarding Sabot with Tracer M829A4 cartridge.Redacted Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competiton is attached.

This procurement is issued on an unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competiton requirement in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures.
