MARAD is seeking to provide full funding through cooperative agreement(s) for the proposal that provide sufficient, verifiable and detailed data on how to reach the objective of this feasibility study. (Please see section C.3)2. MARAD will fund 100% of the total cost of the project. Proposals must include a detailed cost breakdown that shows how Federal funds will be used for the project.

The Alaska Court System is soliciting bids via a Request for Proposal for conceptual design of the Bethel Justice Center with the potential for a full design and construction administration project should funding become available. Sealed bids must be delivered or mailed to the Alaska Court System, ATTN: Anna Harrison, Facilities Director, 820 W. 4th Ave., Anchorage, AK 99501.

Although not required, SDA strongly encourages submitting an executive summary in advance of a full proposal to ensure interest and potential funding availability. SDA releases an updated Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) on an annual basis.

All documentation and or attachments that are required with the submission of a full proposal, if requested, are described in the Mandatory Proposal Forms section of this announcement. Awards are typically made under grants; however, other funding opportunities may be considered. Full announcement is attached to this notification.
