Budget/Financials 25 Points The organization budget must reflect diverse funding sources and a strong capacity to manage resources. It is important that the City of Thomasville is not the primary funding source for an agencys existing programs or the agency itself. Points will be awarded in this category based on the agencys ability to demonstrate diverse funding sources for the proposed program budget.
The estimated value for individual projects will vary, however the sum of $3,1 million of additional incentive funding reflects USAID’s available funding to support potential local government public service projects as well as associated administration and management costs.
Description: The City of Charlotte received federal stimulus funding under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State & Local Fiscal Recovery Fund program enacted in 2021. The City has designated up to $3.5 million of ARPA funding to support the local non-profit community.
