American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds will now be used to fund the mowing of lots in 2024. Non-ARPA funds will be used beginning in 2025, through the remainder of the contract. Since ARPA funds are now being utilized for 2024 funding, this contract process will replace the contracts that were recently completed, as those were not part of the City's ARPA process. Thank you.
