The purpose of the Home Accessibility Modifications RFP is to fund Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) supportive housing repair projects to improve the accessibility of homes for low- and moderate-income Phoenix residents who may be disabled or are elderly and aging in place.

American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds will now be used to fund the mowing of lots in 2024. Non-ARPA funds will be used beginning in 2025, through the remainder of the contract. Since ARPA funds are now being utilized for 2024 funding, this contract process will replace the contracts that were recently completed, as those were not part of the City's ARPA process. Thank you.
Purpose: Purpose of these funds is to distribute Family Violence Prevention and Services Act American Rescue Plan Supplemental Funding. The purpose of these supplemental funds is the same as that of the ARP funds: to prevent, prepare for, and respond to COVID-19.
