The 366th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) has a requirement for Furnishing Management Services with a nine-month base period and the option for four (4) one-year option periods. This requirement is to support the unaccompanied airmen in seven (7) dorms and two (2) Fire Stations, Airman Dorm Leaders, and personnel assigned to the 366th FW and tenant units.
The contractor shall manage all aspects of furniture, equipment, and appliance management for dormitories (Permanent Party and Pipeline-- as defined in AFI32-6005). Functional areas of responsibility include warehouse management, accountability, routine updating of the 5-Year Long-Range Furnishings Plan, and systematic replacement/repair of furnishings/appliances to include annual cost summary for said operations.

The Government requires Furnishing Management Services for UH on JBAB, Washington D.C. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform Furnishing Management Services (FMS) at JBAB in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The Government requires Furnishing Management Services for Unaccompanied Housing (UH) on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), Washington D.C. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform Furnishings Management Services (FMS) at JBAB in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The contractor is responsible for the operation and management of the Furnishings Management Section (FMS) and reports directly to the Housing Element Chief. The contractor must read and follow Air Force Instructions (AFI) 32-6000, Housing Management, dated 18 March 2020. AFIs 32-6000 is included as Attachment 1 to this Performance Work Statement (PWS) for guidance in the management and control of assets for the FMS.
