CES Furniture Management section FMS services at Fairchild AFB Washinton. This requirement used FAR Part 13 procedures. 

The Contractor shall perform Furnishings Management Section (FMS) services to include delivering/issuing appliances and furnishings support to dormitories, barracks, Noncommissioned Officer Academy (NCOA), Alert Facilities, Lodging, Fisher House (appliances only), General Officer Quarters (GOQ) and loaner furnishings operations.

The contractor shall provide capability statements of their ability to provide high quality products.The goal is to provide the Furniture Management Section (FMS) a contract vehicle for continuous support to fulfill the replacement of furnishing inventory requirements and incidental support services, whereby the existing style and quality of inventory must be maintained with matching items.

The requirement consists of providing part time furniture management services to operate the base Furniture Management Section (FMS) and warehouse and maintain government dormitory inventory in support of Fairchild Air Force Base, WA (FAFB). All work will be performed in accordance with all federal, state, local laws and regulations, and the Performance-based Work Statement that will be included with the solicitation.
