SUPD develops and implements Library policy governing the use of space, and furniture and finish standards. Library furniture and finishes include systems furniture, wood case goods, custom wood furniture, meeting and conference furniture, filing and storage, lounge furniture, and furniture accessories and ergonomic devices.
Furniture delivery to be coordinated with the VA Interior Designer POC. The Contractor maybe required to adjust the start date if there is a delay in completion of the building at no additional cost to the government. Furniture delivery prior to the Will Call date will not be accepted at the site. The Contractor shall provide an adequate workforce to complete the delivery and installation of furniture.
This is an effort by VHA to streamlinethe acquisition process and obtain further discounted commercial pricing.This requirement includes healthcare furniture, design, project management, furniture removal,professional installation and maintenance/warranty services.
STATEMENT OF WORKGENERAL SCOPEThe Veterans Health Administration (VHA) has a requirement for healthcare furniture for Waterloo CBOC that meets the VHA IDIQ specifications and high-quality threshold while integrating excellent environmental stewardship.This requirement includes healthcare furniture, design, project management, furniture removal, professional installation and maintenance/warranty services.
· Vendor to provide furniture cut sheets, warranty and delivery schedule. Vendor to provide O&M manual including warranty, care, and manufacturer contact information to COR at completion of project. VA to provide digital format for O&M manual. · Freight all furniture in an environmentally responsible manner, i.e. blanket wrapped or equal, when available.
This requirement includes healthcare furniture, design, project management, professional installation, and maintenance/warranty services.
