NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACTThe National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis with FUS Instruments Inc., Toronto, Canada. The purpose of the contract is for the contractor to upgrade existing LP100 System to new FUS Commercial Platform. Parts for existing LP100 are no longer available and will no longer be supported by FUS Instruments.
