The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial non-personal service for Chaplin School Museum Gallery Graphic Upgrade located on Fort Jackson. The removal of all the existing graphics and installation of new graphics all in accordance with the PWS. The Period of Performance is 260 days for installation and removal.
