RFQ SPE605-23-Q-0255 KITTERY, ME 12,000 GALS WINTER GRADE RED-DYED DIESEL (DSW).  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Paul District requires a contractor to supply 4,000 gallons of 40/60 Winter Blend Off-Road Diesel to its worksite at Lock & Dam 5, Buffalo, Wisconsin.Fuel will be delivered in quantities of 400-500 gallons per delivery, transferred to an above-ground 500 gallon storage tank. Deliveries will be made within 24 hours of request, Mon - Thur, 0700 - 1530.

Fuel shall be transferred by straight truck with fuel nozzle type fill capabilities.The transport trucks will be responsible for all transport truck activities and have the proper certifications to transfer fuel to a marine floating fuel barge.Offeror shall quote PER GALLON prices for BOTH types of Diesel fuel (60/40 Winter Blend and #2). Fuel shall be dyed for Off-Road Use.
