Project: Garage Dry Sprinkler System Replacement – 30 Denarda St.
Replacement of the fire protection piping system in the parking garage shall be in accordance with all federal, state, local and industry standards and policies.The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Re‐sloping the dry sprinkler piping, replace the damaged dry sprinkler piping, install a nitrogen generating plant and painting of all the dry sprinkler piping.
The scope of work for this project includes Garage Dry Pipe Replacement and Painting. The work of this project includes, but is not limited to: Demolishing existing corroded dry system piping and replace with new properly sloped dry system piping in the garage. Re-pitch dry system piping branch lines for drainage. Provide nitrogen generator and accoutrements. Provide new lowpoint drum drip assemblies. Tie into storm drainage system.
