A non-mandatory pre-submittal walkthrough is scheduled for Thursday, May 12, 2022, at 2 p.m., starting onsite at the parking lot of the Garden House in Shoup Park, 400 University Avenue, Los Altos, CA 94022. Participants will be led to the Halsey House by following the trail located to the south of the Garden House. Please be punctual.

Botanic Garden Conservatory, Garden Court Glasshouse. The new tinted glazing system will be designed and installed to properly control the amount of sunlight passing through the Garden House glazed roof in order for the plants to continue thriving in their artificial habitat.

NYCHA expects the RFQ to be issued in February 2023.The Projects are part of the Gowanus Neighborhood Rezoning Plan, in which the City of New York provided funding for in-unit renovations at all apartments at Gowanus Houses (1,134 units) and Wyckoff Gardens (528 units).
