    Equipment must simultaneously measure both CO2 and CH4 concentrations and isotopic composition (12C/13C) in gas, solid, discrete, and flux chamber samples. At minimum it must guarantee the quality of data being measured and generated, be able to measure to 200 ppb for CO2 and 50 ppb for CH4 and be able to have an isotope analyzer that can automatically correct for ambient water and humidity.
