Underground Natural Gas Line Inspection Testing and CertificationIFB#IFB # 300-10-24 Underground Natural Gas Line Inspection Testing and Certification OPENHACP is issuing this Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) for qualified and interested business firms to submit sealed bids to provide services for Underground Natural Gas Line Inspection, Testing, and Certification requested by HACP as outlined in the attached IFB documents.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools and equipment necessary to perform testing and inspection service for MEDICAL GAS SYSTEMS as described in this Statement of Work at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center, 325 E. H Street, Iron Mountain, MI 49801. Contractor shall perform service in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and most current National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) 99 edition specifications.

The Boston VA Healthcare System is seeking a vendor to perform the Annual Medical Gas Inspection per NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities-prior to use of any medical gas piping system for patient care. The facility shall ensure that all tests required have been successfully conducted and permanent recores of the testing is maintained in the facility required for Joint Commission. See section 6 of the PWS for Contractor Qualifications.
